What is Sethnik’s Return Policy?

Our “100% Customer Satisfaction Program” allows for easy returns and refunds for:

  •  Products that you received in the “Damaged/Defective/Broken” condition.
  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
  •  Products not as per description/photo on the website or even you don’t like the product Quality

  •  We will accept returns within 2 days after delivered product.

How to Return an order?

  • Customer has to Handle Return courier process by itself
  ( Send Return Parcel to us at our Address by Customer himself/herself)  & Return Courier Charges will be payable by the Customer

Important Note :

  • The customer should Return the products within 2 days of delivery, otherwise, we will not accept the returned Request. 
  • Stitched Products can’t return or cancel in any condition

Shipping Policy:

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.

Cancellations: not accepted

Refund Policy :

When We receive Courier, In 3/4 Days We Transfer Money To the Customer`s Original Payment.

(Write your Bank Account Num. & IFSC code to us after returning the product.)

Note: Once you receive the parcel, please take a video of the parcel Opening. Only the Parcel opening Video can be valid proof of the return.
